Brwn's Jenson Button won rain hit 2009 Malaysian Grand Prix

Jenson Buttoon of newly formed team Brawn GP won second consecutive race of the 2009 Formula 1 season as he won the rain hit 2009 Malaysian Grand Prix. BMW Sauber's Nick Heidfeld finished second and Toyota's Timo Glock finished 3rd.

Rain interrupted the race in the 22nd lap of the 56 lap scheduled race, Button who lost his lead to Glock in the process of changing to wet tyres swept back his lead in 29th lap and leading the race in 33rd lap when the race was stopped after a thunderstorm broke at the Sepang International Circuit.

All the drivers will get half the points where they finished in the race.

Brawn's Jenson Buuton takes Pole in 2009 Malaysian Grand Prix, Trulli 2nd

Jenson Button after won 2009 penning race last week at Melbourne continues his dream run with the new team Brawn GP as he takes pole in the 2009 Malaysian Grand Prix, 2nd race of the season at Sepang circuit Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, for the Race Day on Sunday, 5th April, 2009.

Button took a time of 1 min 35.181 seconds to secure the fifth position and second of the season closely beaten Toyota's Jarno rulli who finished 2nd with a time of 1min 35.273sec.

Tim Glock will start at 3rd place after penalties handed out to Sebastian Vettel and Rubens Barrichello. William's Nico Rosberg and Mark Webber's Red Bull finished 4th and 5th respectively followed by Kubica at 6th with Kimi Raikkonen's in Ferrari in 7th and the Renault of Fernando Alonso in 8th.

Barrichello after penalty will start from 9th followed by Nick Heidfeld in BMW at 10th place. McLaren's Hamilton and team-mate Heikki Kovalainen in 13th and 14th respectively while errari's Felippe Massa will start from 16th position.

Force India F1 drivers Giancarlo Fisichella and Adrian Sutil will start from 18th and 19th respectively.
